We started Iron Valley in 2014 as a refuge for agents who don’t subscribe to the
vision of the conventional brokerage. Today we’re a community of 400+ individuals
who are actively invested in the futures of our own businesses.
Coming from healthcare, entertainment and sales, we brought an outside perspective
to brokerage. We wanted to create a brokerage model that does away with mindless
fees, corporate hierarchy and the imposition of competition among our agents.
What we created is Iron Valley: A brokerage that breaks convention to create
